As a premium machine tap, it features a spiral point design that pushes chips forward during tapping, eliminating clogging and ensuring smooth, fast operation—ideal for through-hole threading in CNC machines, machining centers, drill presses and automatic tapping equipment.

  • HSSE Material: Made of high-quality HSSE (HSS-E) with added cobalt, offering excellent toughness, high hardness (62-65 HRC) and wear resistance. It can withstand high-speed tapping and heavy-duty machining, reducing tap breakage and extending service life.
  • TiN Coating: Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating (gold color) provides enhanced surface hardness (up to 2000 HV), low friction coefficient and superior oxidation resistance. It effectively prevents chip adhesion (anti-welding), reduces cutting force and ensures smoother thread surfaces with no burrs.
  • Spiral Point Design: The spiral point (gun tap) structure pushes chips forward along the tap axis, making it perfect for through-hole threading. No chip accumulation in the hole, improving tapping efficiency and reducing tool wear.
  • Precise Threading: Precision-ground threads and strict dimensional control ensure consistent thread quality, meeting international standards (ISO, DIN, ANSI). Suitable for both metric and UNC/UNF thread sizes.
