    Made of ultra-fine grain carbide blank with hardness up to HRA 92–93, far harder than HSS-E and HSS-PM steel taps. It maintains stable rigidity and sharp tooth profile under high torque and high-speed continuous tapping, no softening or deformation.
  • Ultra-Long Tool Service Life
    Carbide material delivers excellent wear resistance and heat resistance. The service life of micro carbide forming taps is 8–15 times longer than conventional steel forming taps, drastically reducing tool replacement frequency and production downtime for micro-thread mass production.
