Oil groove forming taps integrate exclusive axial internal coolant grooves on the tap shank, perfectly solving the heat dissipation and lubrication bottleneck of standard fluteless roll form taps during heavy-duty continuous tapping. Manufactured from premium HSS-E cobalt steel or upgraded HSS-PM powder metallurgy high-speed steel, this chipless cold extrusion tap shapes internal threads via metal plastic deformation without generating cutting chips.
