Product Overview
Our AlTiN Coated Roll Form Taps adopt advanced cold forming technology without generating chips. Combined with high-performance AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride) coating, these taps deliver exceptional high-temperature resistance, low friction and excellent anti-adhesion performance. They are ideal for tapping hard-to-machine metals, especially stainless steel, alloy steel and heat-treated parts. Compared with uncoated or TiN coated taps, our products feature longer service life, stable running and fewer replacements, perfectly matching high-volume automated CNC production.

Additional Notes
- AlTiN coating performs best at high cutting temperatures, suitable for dry cutting and semi-dry cutting.
- For stainless steel and high-hardness alloy steel, use high-quality extreme-pressure tapping fluid to further extend tool life.
- Pre-drill size shall follow the table strictly; improper hole size will cause excessive torque, thread defects or tap fracture.
- Custom sizes, special pitches, non-standard lengths and logo engraving are acceptable.
